STANDARD SHIPPING is free for orders of fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($50) or more, unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion. Free Shipping offer is valid on orders containing full price product shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. 

Please use the notice below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value for orders.ONYXSKINCARELINE.COM ships via UPS to US addresses only. Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 days. We do ship outside of the U.S. However, the shipping fees are at the expenses of the buyer in its entirety. Contact your local USPS for shipping rates.

Further, All purchased Gift Cards are final sale and there are NO refunds given for any reason mentioned or now.  Purchases must be made and no cash balances are given.  Gift Cards are good for two (two) calendar years from the date of purchase and ends on the last day of the second year at 12:01 am.

Advertising and Promotions - At no times mentioned or not shall any PROMO CODES, DISCOUNTS, ADVERTISEMENTS or any type of sales advertised, mentioned in print of any kind shall be redeem for any type of monetary funds. Discount is only given when certain criteria is met.  For explanation or terms for any sales/advertisement discount please contact our office via email.  

Holiday Promotions

Any and all promotions are given a discount code and a minimum purchase or a percentage in which you will be discounted from the retail or sale price that is listed.   The code/percentage will be good for a full three months after the holiday has ended, even if it falls into the next year and then it will expire.  Never can a discount or promotional code be redeemed for cash.  All other terms and conditions listed applies for returns, etc.

Guarantee Quality                                                                                                      We We guarantee the quality of any of our product for at least one year from purchase or we will replace the item of defected without any cost to you. However, the cost of shipping the product to us will be your responsibility but we will return your merchandise at no cost to you.  Further, we will not be responsible for any company keeping our products on their shelves past the expiration date. Proof of receipt will be required.  That is our 100% guarantee!

Gift Certificate (Cards) and/or Promo Code Discount

The above may be used to purchase items that are on sale or posted for clearance.    Any purchased Gift Certificates (Cards) may be combined with any promotional discounts, so as longs as the minimum requirement of a total purchase of $100 in merchandise has been purchased at the time of check out.  Further, Promotional Code Discounts can not be combined with any other sales, etc. mentioned or not and must meet the minimum requirement of purchasing a minimum of $100 at the time of check which ever is noted by the website at the time of check out.  No exceptions. All returned items will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions listed under Terms and Conditions.  No monetary funds shall be given at the time of for any Promotional Discounts.  Gift Certificates (Cards) are good for six (6) month after date of purchase. Otherwise, after six (6) months any unused Certificates/Cards shall be forfeited in its entirety.  It can not be redeemed or returned for cash no exceptions.

WholeSale Company's and Independent Sale's Agents

You are an "independent" retailer and will not be considered an employee of ONYX SKIN CARE LINE, LLC.  You are responsible for your own filings of federal, state, city taxes mentioned or not.  Further, it is agreed by all parties that once you sell our product you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Our District Manager, in your area has the right to visit your establishment  confirmed the pricing, discounts, etc. and that our  product rules are being adhere to without notice.  We will only view in a professional manner.  We will not speak with or solicit any clients that may be present.  If you are an international company we may ask for a picture of the display showing pricing at our discretion.  You will have five (5) business days to email a photographic image of the display showing legible pricing  per request.  

WHOLE-SALE PURCHASE RATES IS AS FOLLOWS: (unless agreed in writing by company any changes)

0 – 500 BOTTLES RECIEVE 20% OFF RETAIL PRICES

501 – 750 BOTTLES RECEIVE 25% OFF RETAIL PRICES

751 and up RECEIVE 30% OFF RETAIL PRICES

FIRST TIME PURCHASES WILL RECEIVE A ONE TIME DISCOUNT OF 25% OFF RETAIL PRICE OR THE NEXT STEP UP FROM WHOLESALE RATES.

Minimum quota of Five thousand Dollars ($5,000 per month) must be ordered by the Certified Retailer per month to keep their exclusive 25 mile exclusivity of selling our brand.  If the minimum quota is not met by Certified Retailer it is agreed by both parties the Certified Retailer status will remain in place but they will lose their exclusivity of selling our products in a 25 mile radius.  Other businesses may sell our products within the stated miles also known as territory.

Once Whole Seller and/or Independent Sale's Agent or others mentioned or not place their first order they agree to all our terms and conditions.   In addition, it is further agreed that the Whole-Seller and/or Independent Sales' Agent shall not discount any of our products 30% below our listed retail price on any and all Onyx Skin Care Line products.

Whole-Seller may discontinue selling our product anytime with a 24 hours notice via email or written registered certified letter only.  It is acknowledged and agreed by all parties that if you discontinue selling our products we will not accept any returns or reimburse for any products not sold and the terms and conditions still apply to any remaining product that you have and continue to sell.

     1.  You must order minimum items as listed above in one order and from that date forward to  have exclusivity of the line in our brand.

      2.  Once you become an wholesaler there will not be another wholesaler for a 25 mile radius.  You must have sales at least once (1) per month in order to keep this status as listed above.  No exceptions. 

      3.  If we are doing any and all promotions or free products, due to the fact, that you are given a wholesaler's discount you are disqualified for these types of promotions mentioned or not.
