DIRECTIONS:
On a damp face apply facial wash in a soft circular motion around the face, ears and neck area. Avoid eyes. Rinse in warm water then apply facial scrub the same as stated prior. Rinse in warm water. Apply facial moisturizer same. Use daily once in the AM and PM. Stay out of the sun for at least 30 minutes or as directed by a physician after using the facial scrub. Use facial scrub only 1-2 per month.

To properly cleanse your face, start by washing your hands to remove bacteria that could transfer to your face.
Next,wet your face with lukewarm water, apply a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser, and massage it onto your skin in gentle circular motions for about 20-30 seconds.
Avoid scrubbing or using hot water, as this can irritate the skin. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat your face dry with a clean, soft towel.
Finally, apply a moisturizer. For oily or acne prone skin use a moisturizing product for your particular skincare need.
To maintain healthy skin during the summer, prioritize hydration, sunscreen, and lightweight skincare products. Using organic or vegan skincare is the best way to go.
