Cancellation/return policy 

Returning Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a return for the items purchased, a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. You must send inquiry for return within 7 days after receiving purchased item(s). Products must not be damaged or open in order to get a full refund. In order to process a return, an email has to be made to our office at: ONYXSKINCARELINE@GMAIL.COM the email must contain the following:

Copy of Sales Receipt, Return of unused Portion (as of now picture of unused portion -until further notice)
Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem).  There will be a 15% restocking fee plus any additional postage that was spent by our company to send package.  

The return request has to be within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Refused, returned, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customer’s or postal delivery error(s) and/or dissatisfaction are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.  There are NO monetary refund(s) on samples package(s) for any reason mentioned or not.  However, we will go the extra mile to satisfy and defect or dissatisfaction the best we can. 

Ordering Process:

STANDARD SHIPPING is free for orders of fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($50) or more, unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion. Free Shipping offer is valid on orders containing full price product shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 days. We do ship outside of the U.S. However, the shipping fees are at the expenses of the buyer in its entirety. Further, All purchased Gift Cards are final sale and there are NO refunds given for any reason mentioned or now.  Purchases must be made and no cash balances are given.  Gift Cards are good for two (two) calendar years from the date of purchase and ends on the last day of the second year at 12:01 am.

Advertising and Promotions - At no times mentioned or not shall any PROMO CODES, DISCOUNTS, ADVERTISEMENTS or any type of sales advertised, mentioned in print of any kind shall be redeem for any type of monetary funds. Holiday/Special Promotions

Any and all promotions are given a discount code, a minimum product purchase or a percentage in which you will be discounted from the retail or sale price that is listed.   For discounts given a code and no expiration date, please note, the code/percentage will be good for a full three months after the holiday or special promotion has ended, even if it falls into the next year and then it will expire.  Never can a discount or promotional code be redeemed for cash or combined with any other sale's promotion or sale of any item(s).  If for any reason the website allows you to add or deduct from a  HOLIDAY and/or SPECIAL PROMOTION and you pay for said addition or subtraction,  the error will be corrected on your invoice and your credit card, account or refund will be credited, email or mailed via check within seven (7) business days.  All other terms and conditions listed applies for returns, etc.

Guarantee Quality     

We We guarantee the quality of any of our product for at least one year from purchase or we will replace the item of defected without any cost to you. However, the cost of shipping the product to us will be your responsibility but we will return your merchandise at no cost to you.  Further, we will not be responsible for any company keeping our products on their shelves past the expiration date. Proof of receipt will be required.  That is our 100% guarantee!

Refunds/Store Credit

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you and only once a written statement is given by the discretion of the company. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.  See Cancellation and Return Policy Terms for refunds/store credit for further information that applies.

Gift Certificate (Cards) and/or Promo Code Discount

The above may be used to purchase items that are on sale or posted for clearance.    Any purchased Gift Certificates (Cards) may be combined with any promotional discounts, so as longs as the minimum requirement of a total purchase of $100 in merchandise has been purchased at the time of check out.  Further, Promotional Code Discounts can not be combined with any other sales, etc. mentioned or not and must meet the minimum requirement of purchasing a minimum of $100 at the time of check which ever is noted by the website at the time of check out.  No exceptions. Whole-Seller may discontinue selling our product anytime with a 24 hours notice via email or written registered certified letter only.  It is acknowledged and agreed by all parties that if you discontinue selling our products we will not accept any returns or reimburse for any products not sold and the terms and conditions still apply to any remaining product that you have and continue to sell.

      2.  You can not transfer or sell your Wholesaler Certified Status to anyone without the strict written notice of Onyx Skin Care Line, LLC.  

      3.  Non-competing Clause you can not work with, sell, mentioned, advertise, solicit, use or purchase any other brand skincare line similar or like in anyway mentioned or not during the relationship with our brand.  

      4.  As a Wholesaler and/or ISA (Independent Sales Agent) your will not for any reason mentioned or not get a refund for any product purchased for any reason mentioned or not.  See other terms.

      5.  COMPANY may terminate ISA (Independent Sales Agent) for any reason mentioned or not with a written notice via email or certified mailing from the USPS.

      6.  Wholesaler and ISA (Independent Sales Agent) will hold Company harmless in its entirety for any fines, lawsuits or legal actions mentioned or not for any violations of any kind mentioned or not and all taxes state, federal or any legal filing of any forms mentioned or not for the usage of our products.

      7.  Wholesaler and ISA agent are responsible to carry their liability insurance and hold Company harmless in any lawsuit filings for any reason mentioned or not.

      8.  If you become a Private Labeled Company your name, likeness or business dealings with our Company will be held to the strictest most confident matter and will not be shared with any business or person(s) mentioned or not without the strict written consent of the Private Labeled Company.

Product Testers and Product Users/Buyers

When you order or use this product in any way mentioned or not, as a Protect Tester, Product User and/or Buyer you agree to hold the company and its affiliates, representatives and employees harmless in any way mentioned or not.  Our products are organic and vegan and users still should get the advice of their physicians for any allergic reactions.  Even though our product is 100% organic and some vegan, you are advised to consult your physician for any allergies or reactions to any of our products before usage, and you agree to all the terms under our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If Onyx Skin Care Line, LLC. doesn't reinforce a certain term and condition listed in the contract of these terms and conditions at a certain time but later decides to enforce it at another time, whether violated or not, mentioned or not, does it mean we foregone the terms and conditions or null and voided it or them due to the non-reinforcement of a term or condition.  All terms and conditions remains in full effect regardless when company decide to reinforce any part or whole as listed.
